Managing Director

COLIN SIDELSKY, established RAND REALTY (Pty) Ltd in 1973. Mr Sidelsky is a Bachelor of Commerce and has a Certificate in the Theory of Accountancy (C T A ). He also holds an Honours Degree in Property Economics.

He lectured in Property Management and Salesmanship at the Johannesburg Technical College and was the National Examiner.

He is a Registered Valuer and a proficient Auctioneer. He is the Managing Director of the Rand Realty Group and was:

  • Director of the Eastern Province Building Society

  • Director of Comprehensive Property Services (CPS)

  • Director and Councilor of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa

  • Chairman for 3 years of the Southern Transvaal Branch of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa and

  • National Chairman of the Institutes Property Management Division

  • President of the Institute of Estate Agents for 2 terms

Mr Sidelsky devotes his personal attention to :

  • Auctioneering and Valuations of Property

  • Sales of Commercial, Industrial and Residential Properties

  • Consulting on Property and Financial matters


Ismail Bhyat
Director

With more than twenty five years experience in the property industry, Ismail has specialised in the administration of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He is the Financial Director of the Rand Realty Group of Companies and heads the security and cleaning companies. 

He also offers financial consultation on our property related matters.

 


Dean Garzancich
Director

Dean was in the Food and Beverage Industry and has received top international awards for management, presentation and marketing.

 

He has been associated with Rand Realty for 10 years, during which time he has attained a broad spectrum of knowledge in Real Estate and has assisted many clients in increasing their wealth; making sure at all times that the interests of both Seller and Purchaser are protected.

 

With his interpersonal skills, expertise and integrity, Dean assures you of excellent, competent and confidential service regarding all your property needs.  

 


Mathilda  Oosthuizen
Senior Property Manager

Mathilda joined Rand Realty in early 2005 bringing her 7 years working experience to the company. She started her property experience as a Financial Accountant and later transferred to Management where she controlled a large property portfolio. 

 

Mathilda is currently reading her Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), and is utilizing her legal knowledge in her day-to-day activities. Her extensive understanding of financial accounting also gives her the edge in Property and Asset Management.
